Singer and reality star Stacey Solomon has joined forces with pet charity Blue Cross by helping to launch its latest appeal, which aims to rehome one pet an hour by the end of 2015.

The charity is encouraging the public - and their pets - to show their support on social media by sharing a photo of pets and owners giving each other a 'paw bump' followed by the hashtag #suppawt. Solomon commented 'I am so pleased to be helping highlight Blue Cross #suppawt appeal and goal to rehome one pet an hour before the end of 2015, as this is a cause very close to my heart'.
